CC Teriyaki Burgers
2 lb ground beef
2 tblsp Adams Reserve: Korintje
1/2 c Cookwell & Company Teriyaki Glaze
1/4 c Asian beer (recommended: Sappora)
1/4 c green onions, diced
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, reserving half of teriyaki glaze.Form meat into patties.
Cook burgers in pan (inside) or grill (outside) 5-7 mins per side.
Baste with additional teriyaki glaze while cooking.
Serve with remaining Asian beer (chilled)
