CC New Orleans Soppin' Shrimp

1 lb shrimp
2 tbsp Adams'House Rub or Peppercorn Garlic
1/2 c Texas on the Plate Soppin' Sauce
2 tbsp softened butter
1 fresh lemon, juiced

Heat skillet over medium-high heat 5 mins. Season shrimp with rub. Let marinade for a few minutes.
Saute shrimp 5-7 mins. Add Soppin Sauce and letsimmer until marinade begins to thicken.
When shrimp is cooked, remove from heat; stir in softened butter and lemon juice.
Serve over cooked rice.
