CC Salmon with Vodka Sauce

4 salmon filets (about 2lbs)
1 jar Orti di Calabria Vodka Sauce
2 tblsp Adams Reserve: Au Poirve or House Rub
1 c Gorgonzola or other blue cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
On a foil-lined baking pan, lay salmon filets skin-side down on the foil; season with Adams Rub.
Bake for 10 mins per half inch of thickness.
In a small stock pot, heat Vodka sauce; pour over filet and sprinkle with blue cheese.
