CC Grilled Caribbean Salmon
2 lb Salmon filets
2 tbsp. Adams Reserve Rub (your choice)
1 cup Roberts Reserve Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce
1 container Ready, Fresh Go! Pico de Gallo
Preheat grill. Season salmon filets with Adams Rub, coating well.
Grill 3 to 4 mins a side, until the filet flakes easily.
Mix Roberts sauce with Pico, and spoon over salmon.
Serve with pasta.
