CC Sirloin with Steak Mushrooms

4 prime sirloin steaks
2 tblsp grapeseed oil, divided use
2 tblsp Adams Reserve: Rib, Roast & Steak
1/2 c TX on the Plate: Soppin Sauce
1 c sliced mushrooms

Season steaks with rub (both sides).
Preheat a large saute pan on medium heat 5-7 mins. Then add oil to pan.
Cook steaks over medium high heat 4-7 mins per side for medium-rare to medium doneness.
Place into baking dish and finish in 400 oven for 5-7 additional mins.
Remove to a plate; let stand five mins.
Add remainder of oil to pan. Saute mushrooms 3 mins.
Add Soppin' Sauce. Cook 3 mins to boil and thicken slightly; pour over steaks and serve.
