CC Soppin' Burgers



2 lb ground beef
2 tbsp Adams Reserve; Peppercorn & Garlic or House
1/2 c TX on the Plate: Soppin Sauce
Topping:
1/4 c french fried onion (opt)

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Form meat into patties
Cook burgers in pan (inside) or grill (outside) 5-7 mins per side.
Baste with additional soppin' sauce while cooking.
Top with fried onions.
